Staffing Sub-group

Members of the Staffing Group are the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion leads across our statutory organisations, some staffside representatives and organisational staff network leads. The aims of the group are to:

• Improve workforce diversity at all levels
• Create high quality support mechanisms for BAME staff
• See consistently good practice across the city.
