We will introduce some system leadership tools, techniques and the latest thinking; but the focus is on how you will work with colleagues to explore how you can enact change in an ambiguous, complex, continually changing environment. This will be challenging (and, for some of you, potentially frustrating). It will give you a great insight into working and influencing across a system.
An overview of the topics covered in Leading Sheffield include:
- Theory around system leadership, behaviours and complex systems
- Experience from system leaders
- Practical skills and techniques
- Group work

Challenge Groups
Leading Sheffield gives the opportunity to work with colleagues from other organisations through addressing a particular challenge affecting the people you work with. These challenges will develop relationships and agree ways of working across primary care, secondary care, the local authority, the voluntary sector and other relevant organisations.
