Who Works for the HCP?

The HCP is a partnership between seven health, social care and voluntary organisations across the city of Sheffield.

Everyone who works for one of these organisations is part of the HCP. There are a number of people from across the HCP partner organisations who are more directly involved and almost all have been aligned to the HCP because the job they do in their organisation fits with the transformation work of the HCP.
