What is the difference between the Sheffield HCP and South Yorkshire ICS?

The South Yorkshire Integrated Care System (ICS) is a collaboration of partners including Local Authorities, the NHS and the Voluntary Sector in our Neighbourhoods, Places and in Provider Collaboratives across South Yorkshire.

For each area covered by the ICS; Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield, there is a place level partnership. In Sheffield this is called the Sheffield Health and Care Partnership (HCP). The Sheffield HCP works with and aligns with the ICS, but its aims relate specifically to Sheffield.
