The Sheffield ACP Newsletter
The Sheffield HCP Newsletter is the best way to keep up to date with the work the Sheffield HCP is doing and opportunities to be involved. We send out regular updates about the work we do as well as invites to engagement opportunities and events via a regular e-newsletter.
If you would like to join our newsletter please fill in the online form at the bottom of the page. In order to contact you we need some basic contact details, but we also ask extra questions to help us understand which communities we are communicating with. You do not have to answer all these questions, but we would be very grateful if you could.
