Alexis Chappell, Director of Adult Health and Social care in Sheffield, will be sharing the details on the new Adult Health and Social Care Strategy, called ‘Living the life you want to live’.

Two further workshops are currently scheduled to explore this strategy further through facilitated and open discussions asking: ‘what would make a difference now’ and ‘how would we know we have made a difference around the commitments in the strategy’ will be explored.
