Working across Place often means pulling together a piece of work at pace involving people from many different organisations. Responsibility Accountability Consultation Information (RACI) gives you a structure to agree, from the outset, who will be doing what, that everyone is involved and that nothing is missed bringing clarity around the project for everyone. No matter the size or complexity of the piece of work, RACI will support the allocation of tasks and give everyone clarity from the outset leading to more effective working between people across the System.
