Shahida has worked across all sectors in the Sheffield City Region. She is the CEO of Faithstar LLP, a social enterprise in the city of Sheffield. As the strategic lead for BAME and faith communities in responding to the pandemic within the city, she has been able to make a difference and ensure peoples safety. Her passion is equity, community and being an empowering voice for the voiceless and she will be speaking to us about her leadership role in general, but specifically her response to the pandemic, how she worked across the system to improve outcomes for the people of Sheffield, what she learned about system leadership and one piece of advice about System Leadership that she would give.
